Are you... a fan of Myst?

Hell yeah.
Riven was actually the first one I played. Then Myst, then Exile and then Revelations. Haven't played U'ru or whatever it's-called...

Random question though...

I saw how you signed your work and I instantly knew :3
I've played them all, the last one is called End of Ages by the way. I think it is still $50 new haha. But you should definitely get Uru with the expansion packs, its well worth it :)

You know... it never really occurred to me that I sign my initials like the D'ni numerals.
But it totally looks similar! Haaa... awesome.
I loooved those games when I was a kid (unfortunately, couldn't find many other ten-year olds who also enjoyed them). Kinda lost interest in playing them when they moved away from the slideshow style graphics though... I don't know why really. I guess I preferred the novelty of it (even though it could get annoying.)
You've made my weekend, good sir.

I know that feel! I don't think I have ever met someone around my age or younger (in real life) who even so much as knew about the games, let alone played them.
As for slideshow vs. non-slideshow... I never prefered it either way. The only problem with slideshow though was how you could end up clicking around so fast you could end up halfway across the map where you don't want to be :P particularily in Riven!
But I don't know, URU was still definately my favorite... it really had that "go try a bunch of crazy stuff" feel to it haha.

That looks astounding!
It's like RP says, even though it's black and white, it feels like they were colored, and then "almost" fully desaturated.

I noticed something a little off, though. PinkieDash hasn't got any wings...

Beautiful work, Cosmic. It was a pleasure chatting with you, and it is an honour to receive art from you. I especially love how the dark charcoal is used in this piece. And yet you still made our individual colour difference apparent. Amazing, as always.

Sorry, I got too excited. It seems like you were studing anatomy, and working on a pony Vermeer a day ago. It just stuck me. Lol. Keep it up though.
